1) Yes. We can provide you the samples which are available in stock for free. But you need to pay the shipping cost.

2) For customized samples, you need to pay the sampling cost. Usually we will refund you the sampling cost once you place order within 2 months.

For glass items which are available in stock, Acrylic bottles & jars, and Airless bottles, the MOQ is 5,000pcs. Other items 10,000pcs.

3. What is your shipping terms?

1) For small trial order, we can ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.

4. If any defective products, how can you settle them for us?
